A great place to stop by with the family is Hoback Market, a popular place for residents and visitors to make a quick detour for snacks and drinks on their way to enjoying a day at the Astoria Hot Springs. Another popular spot is Frontside Grill, where you can enjoy food and drink pairings in a warm, relaxed bar atmosphere that’s adjacent to the recreational facilities at Snake River Sporting Club.

One of the best ways to enjoy your days in the South of Jackson is to experience the thrills of white water rafting on Snake River, with access sites conveniently located in the area. You’re also not far from the many parks and trails where Jackson Hole residents love to spend time enjoying the grand vistas and mountain ranges surrounding the valley.

A great local destination is the Jackson Hole Winery, which opened in 2009 and has become a favorite spot in the region. As a family-owned, boutique winery, it is committed to crafting only the finest wines from excellent grapes sourced from vineyards in Sonoma and Washington. The mountain air in Jackson assists in the fermentation process, and you can get a taste of their wares with friends at one of their tasting rooms or during seasonal events. 3 Creek Ranch is also a popular spot in the area, acting as both a country club and an exclusive neighborhood that draws outdoor lovers to its amenities, such as golfing, fly-fishing, and more.
